At Made by Éclat, all our products are carefully prepared to order.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or cancelled due to a change of mind.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, edible products supplied in sealed packaging may not be eligible for return once the packaging has been opened.

For eligible non-personalised products, customers retain their statutory cancellation rights.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
