How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We process orders within one working day. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Which UK delivery options are available?
Our standard UK postage is Royal Mail First Class. Upgrades are available to a tracked service and Royal Mail Special Delivery. Available options and prices are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer Royal Mail International Standard and International Tracked to supported destinations. Delivery times vary and customs processing can cause delays. Any applicable customs or import charges may be payable by the recipient unless collected at checkout.
What are your edible cupcake toppers made from?
Our edible cupcake toppers are made from wafer card and printed with edible inks. They are carefully printed and pre-cut, ready to add to cupcakes for an easy finishing touch.
How long do they keep for?
Our edible toppers have a shelf life of 12 months when stored correctly. Keep them sealed in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture until you are ready to use them. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing the toppers.
What is the difference between wafer card and icing sheets?
Wafer card is a lightweight edible material that holds its shape, making it ideal for character cupcake toppers. Icing sheets are thin and flexible, making them especially suitable for decorating biscuits, cakes and cupcakes. The material used is specified on each product listing.
Can I order personalised toppers?
Yes! We can help with personalised designs, including names, ages, photographs and suitable custom artwork. Please contact us to discuss your ideas before ordering.
Can you print my logo onto edible toppers?
Yes. We can print suitable customer-supplied logos and images onto edible toppers for biscuits, cupcakes and other celebrations. Please make sure you own or have permission to use any artwork you provide.
Do you accept large or business orders?
We welcome enquiries for larger quantities, corporate events, professional bakers and businesses. Please contact us with the design, quantity and date required so we can discuss availability and options.
